According to the Memphis Police Department, Jovon Henderson, 26, rented a U-Haul on October 19 and planned to travel to Lansing, Michigan
On October 23, he was meant to return the U-Haul, but he never did, and no one has heard from him since.
Henderson suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and bipolar illness, according to police. Authorities also said he would be spotted driving a 15-foot box truck with the number DD2204Y in the upper right corner and the license plate AK-17273.
