On Friday, Dec. 17, Chad Johnson came to Instagram to gloat about the Christmas gifts he received from his friend Terrell Owens.
The two are seen smiling and connecting in the post, which Johnson uploaded on both his Instagram story and his page, while he tells his fans what a great friend Owens is.
The video begins with the father of seven proudly displaying the two wrapped gifts he received from Owens. “It’s the giving season,” he explained. Normally, I’m the one doing the giving. However, my dog (Terrell Owens) recently brought me several presents. This isn’t for you, p–y hoes. You don’t have a pal like I do.”
“Looking at this,” he stated while holding the rectangular-shaped gift he received from Owens as he tried to predict which of the two presents he received from Owens. It’s possible that these are condoms. So he want me to wrap up. These might be rubbers.”
The 43-year-old sang a song on the pair’s bond as the video came to a close. “Y’all ain’t got no buddies like I got,” he continued, calling Owens by his nickname. As followers began to see Johnson’s message, many expressed their admiration for the pair’s bond and brotherhood.
“Man y’all brotherhood is amazing and beautiful.”
“I love y’all relationship, true friend, brothers.”
“Love it. Ocho love him some Terrell.”
“These fools got real love for each other it’s awesome to see!”
“Now that’s love right there if that ain’t true brotherhood idk what is.”
Others remarked on how similar the two looked, in addition to the “brotherhood” compliments. “They seem like brothers,” one Instagram user said, while another said, “Twinning.” Another claimed they had always suspected Johnson and Owens were connected. “Always believed they were related,” the person wrote. Lol.”
After playing professional football together for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2010, Johnson and Owens became buddies.
