A woman who claims Chris Brown raped her in 2020 has now filed a $20 million lawsuit against him. The new outfit was dubbed a “pattern of cap” by Chris, who generally doesn’t respond to speculations on social media.
“I hope y’all see this pattern of cap,” Chris wrote. “Whenever I’m releasing music or projects, ‘THEY’ try to pull some real bulls*t.”
A lady just filed court papers stating she was raped by Chris Brown on December 30, 2020, as we previously reported. The woman claims she became “disoriented” after having two mixed drinks with Diddy after Chris requested her to pull up to his home in Miami, according to the suit. As Chris allegedly took her into a bedroom on the yacht, she became physically unsteady and began to fall asleep in and out.
While Chris Brown closed the bedroom door, the woman claims she was drugged and was not entirely conscious. Brown then allegedly removed the woman’s bikini bottoms and ignored her pleas for him to stop, according to the lawsuit.
The day after the incident, Chris allegedly told the woman to take a Plan B pill, which she did. The woman did not pursue any formal complaints against Chris since she was a medical student at the time and felt humiliated about what happened, according to her legal team.
It was revealed by the woman’s legal team that she is demanding $20 million in compensation for serious emotional distress.
