Cooking & cleaning, how important are they for a woman to do & why?
Brian (25): Important. If I can carry my weight, you should too.
Jackson (25): I’m meticulous in cleaning and I can cook very well. It’s not that important for me for a woman to do the same. I’ll spend most of the time in the kitchen talking about what I would have done anyway.
Drew (30): If both are career people…These responsibilities should be shared. If she’s staying at home and I’m bringing home the money, I would probably expect those responsibilities to fall within her job description and the answer from each guy will almost always come down to the kind of mother the man had.
Kevin (27): Cooking is not too important, since most guys that I know are pretty decent cook. Cleaning, however, is very important. All guys hate cleaning.
Rob (27): I think it’s important that she is able to do them, just like I think it’s important that I can do them (I’m a pasta ninja) but I don’t think it’s important for a woman to do them. I’m all about sharing…and I’ve even found that I actually like to cook, win-win.
Ike (24): Number one thing. I lived with a woman who cooked and cleaned and can not tell you how much I appreciated it. I would never live with women who did not cook or clean.
How do you feel about women fighting?
Brian (25): Annoying and trivial, unless pillows are involved. Drew (30): I like
when a woman can defend herself so I don’t have to worry when I’m not around,
but if you mean getting in altercations with other women? I’m against it. The
kind of women I’m looking for should be WAY above fighting for any reason other
then self defense. Kevin (27): Ugly, shameful. Rob (27): It doesn’t impress me
really.. No doubt I like the UFC but there is no need for women to fight on the
streets/pubs/clubs/where ever. By the same token there is no need for guys to do
it either (unless it’s in the UFC of course)… Ike (24): I think it’s sexy and
trashy. I love a woman who sticks up for what they believe in. I also can’t
stand a woman fighting on a club floor.
What is your take on women wearing makeup and how much is too much?
Brian (25): Women should wear makeup for certain occasions. But for the most part I prefer as natural as possible. Plus we get to see the real you. If you don’t, you postpone the inevitable realization. Scary situation sometimes. –Too much if I can see the makeup line that’s clearly different from your face and neck. Come on, seriously?
Jackson (25) I’m one of the few men who actually doesn’t mind makeup and/or weaves. If you look like a clown during flash photography, that’s too much. However, done appropriately, no harm done.
Drew (30): Accentuate what’s there. Once it gets into hiding or changing I’m done.
Kevin (27): I appreciate women who take the times and effort to pretty themselves up. But when I can see the individual powder (foundation) on your cheek, then it is probably too much.
Rob (27): It’s true a little bit of make up can be complimentary but some restraint has to be shown.. I like the more natural look so “too much” is not a lot for me..
Ike (24): Girls need to wear make-up. It makes you exotic and beautiful. However, you need to know how to do your make up. Go to the tutorial on you tube.
