Halle Berry appeared in court today seeking restrain from Gabriel Aubry, her baby daddy, following child endangerment charges brought up against him.
LAPD is looking into the incident, where Gabriel allegedly shoved their nanny while carrying their 3-year old daughter Nahla in his arms. Alliance Kamdem, the nanny said that Aubry pushed her while screaming and hurling racial epithet insults at her. She also told members of the law enforcement that Aubry repeatedly yelled and insulted her while Nahla was present. Kamdem also claims that Aubry forced her to sit in a corner at his condo, until he would call for her.
Kamdem disclosed that Aubry’s verbal abuse was also extended to Nahla who would cower and cry after the incidents. Aubry is also said to have refused to have a rash that Nahla was suffering from treated. The repeat incidents led to Kamdem’s resignation last week when Aubry is said to have allegedly shoved her.
Halle Berry’s court appearance is aimed at having Aubry prohibited from having any contact with Nahla.
