What is the irony factor for Judge Joe Brown getting arrested? What is the irony to him getting arrested in the court of law?
Well, that’s exactly what happened in Memphis, Tennessee yesterday.
The former television personality who had a knack for giving all attendees in his presence a piece of his mind, apparently lost his mind during a child support case the Juvenile Court had no record of.
Brown was appearing before Juvenile Court Magistrate Harold Horne, who warned the 66-year-old to calm down. When he didn’t, he was given two days in jail for contempt of court, before it was increased to three days in jail when Brown started yelling as he was removed from the courtroom, reports CBS News affiliate WREG Memphis.
Brown is best known for his TV series “Judge Joe Brown,” which was cancelled in 2013 and he has since been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
He was videotaped drunk and belligerent while groping on a fan this past August.
As for that irony factor, go ahead and increase the odd on that ratio. Just yesterday, Brown spoke at a “Man Up” rally instructing kids to stay out of trouble.
