Boko Haram, an extremist Muslim group, has done the unthinkable. In April of 2014, they kidnapped, raped and impregnated teenaged schoolgirls and if that wasn’t horrific enough-Boko Haram brainwashed some of the girls to create killing machines. The terrorists slaughtered 86 people including many children, who were burned alive and shot, in the village of Dalori situated in Borno State, Nigeria. The village which houses nearly 15,000 refugees from Bama (a village near the Cameroonian border) was under attack for nearly four hours while military reinforcements made their way to the victims. The refugee camp is barely a year old and has been a target of earlier attacks by Boko Haram.
Clearly, the Nigerian military isn’t equipped to combat these animals and like clockwork- the Western World is silent as church mice. Where’s the outrage? Muslims extremists are killing men, women and children. Where are the bombs? Where is Western intervention when you goddamn need it?
Boko Haram isn’t ISIS. Nigeria isn’t Syria. Black children being burned alive is far less tragic than white Syrians running with their children for Turkish borders and being kicked by xenophobic Euro trash as they search for asylum. There are no press conferences and no Facebook apps to encourage users to change their profile pics to the Nigerian flag to show support over this tragedy. Black Africans are being murdered, tortured and driven from their homes and the world is completely and utterly APATHETIC. It’s disgusting and unnerving. Nigeria is the Chicago or Detroit of the international world. Black folks killing black folks is just another day on this lovely planet. The Western world HATES Muslims and even THESE Muslims can’t get a rise out of leaders.
The Facebook rants of black folks, who steadfastly defended their support of France during her time of tragedy, don’t seem to need reciprocity from others who’ve remained silent during this event. Genocide is real.These assholes aren’t even offering prayers (not that they would help) but damn at least heads could fake giving a fuck.
Spare me the “loss of human lives” speech when we’re “saddened” by the loss of white lives. I don’t want to hear about it. I want the world to care about THESE people who weren’t at a rock concert. This is Rwanda and Somalia all over again.
