Two St. Louis women working at a daycare now face felony charges after a video of a kiddie fight club surfaced.
According to reports, Mickala Guliford, 28 and Tena Dailey, 22, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child after instructing 3 and 4-year-old children to fight one another.
A 10-year-old boy who was with older children in another room recorded the video on his iPad because he was worried about his younger brother. The boy texted the video to his mother who alerted the owners of Adventure Learning Center.
The incident in question happened on Dec. 7, 2016, which was the birthday of one of the children forced to participate in the fight. In court documents, the child is identified as C.L. He had red marks along with swelling on his face and forehead. The child also had a black eye.
In total, six children wore instructed to fight one another. The kids wore padded clothes and used it to hit one another in the head and other parts of their body. Video from the incident shows the children fighting for more than 30 minutes. However, Guliford and Dailey were seen on video jumping up and down and laughing.
Both women were immediately fired
