Should the #BeyHive assemble?! Move over Beyonce, because Rihanna has just been dubbed the richest female musician in the world, surpassing the likes of Céline Dion, Janet Jackson, and Madonna.
According to Forbes, Ms. Fenty has accumulated a whopping $600 million. Although she has charted many number one singles, such as “Unfaithful” and “What’s my name”, music is not her sole income.
She has managed to secure and maintain a partnership with LVMH, the parent company Louis Vuitton, and Christian Dior.
After the successful launch of her fashion company, Fenty, she now adds another business venture to her already existing lingerie company, Savage X.
The Barbados-born star made this statement a month ago: “Women are forces of this earth. We are multifaceted, complex, vulnerable yet bulletproof, and Fenty speaks to all of our intricacies.”
It is well known the Rihanna was discovered by the newly crowned billionaire, Jay-Z. The two have collaborated on many hits like “Umbrella” and “Run this Town.” Makes you wonder if things have been a little awkward at the House of the Carters, which we doubt. Congrats to Queen Rihanna!
