Kids might be getting a little restless with online learning and not being able to see their friends as most schools closed indefinitely for the remainder of the school year. Burger King has decided to give students a little something special for proving that they are putting their education first despite being on coronavirus lockdown.
Burger King is offering U.S. students free Whoppers for correctly answering virtual test questions. The fast food chain says it will post a question each day on its social media pages, including Facebook and Instagram beginning April 13th and continuing through April 20th. The questions will cover a variety of different subjects including math, biology, chemistry and literature.
The new promotion is for customers who have Burger King’s BK app and for all students between the ages of 13 and 18 with parental consent. To enter, each student needs to put their answers on the BK app to get the free Whopper sandwich with any purchase. However, the company did specify that there is a limit of one Whopper per student.
The popular fast food chain explained the reasoning behind its new promotion, saying that it “wants to reward students who are continuing to study hard through the worldwide pandemic.” Unfortunately, those living in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible to participate, as digital coupons are not accepted in those areas. For the full terms and conditions of the promotion, Burger King customers should visit the company website.
