Britney Spears and her boyfriend Sam Asghari have been loved up for quite some time now, and it appears that the couple is ready to take the next step, but Britney’s legal problems with her conservatorship is preventing that!
According to The Blast, in reports, Britney told investigators that she wanted another child as early as last year.
“Britney told the probate investigator late last year she wanted to have a baby,” the report read, however, her conservator, which happens to be her father, Jaime Spears didn’t think it was a good idea. Her dad had to step down temporarily as conservator due to health issues, but he will continue to handle her finances while a professional conservator will handle her person. She has been in conservatorship since 2008 due to her mental health, however over a decade later Britney has not objected to having a conservator.
Britney has also showed interest in getting married to Sam, but she must get approval from her conservators and the court. In a conservatorship you can’t sign any contract until the court has approved it, and marriage is considered a legal binding contract.
