After winning her first Emmy, Jennifer Hudson is one Emmy away from becoming an EGOT.
For her work as an executive producer on ‘Baba Yaga,’ the 39-year-old singer and actress received the Outstanding Interactive Media for a Daytime Program award, which means she just needs a Tony Award to join the elite group of people who have won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award.
In 2007, she won an Oscar for Dreamgirls, and she has two Grammys to her credit.
“Wow God wow!!!!!!!!” she said in the caption. This ring has been in my possession for quite some time! It has always marked this day for me, the day I would declare that I have an EGO! Emmy, Grammy, and Academy Award nominations! What a fantastic early birthday present! You can’t put a limit on God!!!! Only God could compose such a story, and only God could reach such heights! You’ll always see me attempting! And I hope you will as well!
If Jennifer wins a Tony, she will join the likes of Andrew Lloyd Webber, John Legend, and Whoopi Goldberg in the EGOT club.
