Cardi B appears to have been added to Kal Penn’s wedding guest list, but not as a typical attendee! The rapper jokingly offered to officiate Kal’s wedding, and the actor has traveled all the way from Los Angeles to attend. Kal updated his relationship in his latest book “You Can’t Be Serious,” in which he detailed the beginning of his relationship with Josh, his fiancé. After 11 years together, the engaged pair decided to take this next step. While his spouse is “pretty quiet,” Kal describes himself as “extremely public with everyone [he’s] directly connected with.”
Despite his extroverted personality, Kal missed out on a chance to meet Cardi B, but he took use of the opportunity to contact the musician via Twitter. “Cardi B was on my flight to LA,” Kal tweeted. “I fell asleep and had a dream that she officiated our wedding on the spot, and the three of us walked out of LAX holding hands.”Cardi B Makes An OfferHours later, Cardi B heard about Kal’s post. Cardi offered the humorous actor the chance to marry her. “First, why didn’t you say hello,” Cardi replied.
“Second, I’m licensed to do it, sooo……let me know.” As you may know, during her Facebook Watch series ‘Cardi Tries,’ Cardi became qualified to officiate weddings.’Kal reacted to Cardi reiterating his readiness to have her participate in his wedding by saying, “You’re the best. “I was going to say hello but didn’t want to offend you (your do not disturb light was turned on),” Kal answered. “But for the love of God, let’s do it!”
