Wedding bells are definitely in the air as of late!

Two of the stars of Empire have just said “I do!” to one another and it is a cause of celebration.

Grace ‘Boo Boo Kitty’ Gealey and Trai Byers exchanged vows on a Grand Cayman Island mansion over the weekend and then ran to Instagram to share the news with their fans…

“We’re married! God is so good. To all who have extended congrats and well wishes, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Love, Mr. & Mrs. Byers.”

In keeping with a more private theme, only about 50 people were in attendance, with the bride dressed in a stray white gown, and the guests dining on steak, lobster, and dancing to reggae, hip hop, and disco at the reception.

Only about 50 people were invited, according to TMZ, which first carried the report. The bride wore a form-fitting, strappy wedding gown.

Guests dined on steak and lobster and danced to hip-hop, disco and reggae music at the reception.

Gealey and Byers announced their engagement last summer and have been sparking a heated debate about working and loving in the workplace ever since. Healey had this to say about the matter:

“I think that if two people are mature and they’re able to understand that if this doesn’t work out—’cause first, I’m not a fan of flings when you work, cause that’s where it gets a little dangerous. I think that if you do get involved at your workplace, you have to know that this is something that you want to be invested in, and this is just not just something that is frivolous and fleeting.”

Congrats to the couple!
