Former Colorado radio announcer Robert “Jackson” Mueller was involved in legal issues with Taylor Swift last month. Mueller disputed against Swift on “false charges” in which the “Wildest Dreams” singer accused him of squeezing her buttocks at a meet and greet event in 2013.
Mueller sued Swift because he lost his job on Ryno and Jackson, as a result of her accusation, two days after the meet and greet was held. Mueller lost pay as much as $150,000 because of this.
Swift now countersued Mueller on charges of sexual harassment. The 1989-born singer had entered her suit in Colorado district courts.
“In the course of his meet and greet with Ms. Swift, Mueller intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an appropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission,” Swift’s suit read.
“Mueller did not merely brush his hand against Ms. Swift while posing for the photograph; he lifted her skirt and groped her.”
Swift wanted to make her suit an example for other women who also got abused sexually. If she wins her case, the monetary judgment she obtains will be donated to an organization for women protection against sexual harassment.
