Toni Braxton is coming to Pittsburgh to film her new Lifetime movie where she will be playing Antoinette Tuff, the protagonist from the best-selling novel Prepared for a Purpose, inspired by the Teachings of TD Jakes (Executive Producer).
Ms. Tuff relied on her faith and courage to avert tragedy when an active gunman entered her Atlanta area school.
The film needs background extras, so if you have a kid ranging between the ages of 6-14 years old, bring them to the open casting call hosted by Mosser Casting on Thursday, May 25th at 31st Street Studios between 3PM and 8PM.
They also need adults ages 18+ of all ethnicities to play family members, police, swat, and reporters.
Pay is $7.25 per hour. You earn time and a half after 8 hours. Adults can expect 9-14 hour days, kids can expect 9 hour or less days.
All children must have one guardian present on set at all times if they are booked to work. Kids can except to work sometime between June 14th-30th.
Filming will be done throughout the Pittsburgh area between June 8th-30th.
