On Tuesday, the Fox News host made an on-air plea to speak with the man in Trinidad who, according to the unvaccinated hip hop star’s claim in a viral tweet this week, experienced swollen genitals and became impotent after having the shot, and was subsequently dumped before his wedding.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, a leading infectious diseases expert, has disputed the rapper’s allegations, stating there is no evidence that the shots might cause reproductive difficulties.
“We haven’t been able to figure out whether this show is broadcast in Trinidad,” Carlson said at the end of a 10-minute segment dedicated to Minaj’s unsubstantiated claim.
“But if Nicki Minaj’s cousin’s friend is watching, or his former fiancee is watching, we want to hear your story,” he continued. “We’ll come to Port of Spain to see you. Let us know.”
Carlson, a self-confessed liar and skeptic of the vaccination, had revised his previous night’s allegation in a graphic that Minaj’s cousin — not his cousin’s buddy — had enlarged testicles.
“As far as we know, Nicki Minaj’s cousin’s testicles are not swollen,” Carlson stated. “The testicles of Nicki Minaj’s cousin’s buddy are swelled as a result of the vax. That is the assertion.”
